1. SHIPPING COSTS

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. This ensures you receive the most accurate and up-to-date rate for your specific location. Once you enter your details in the payment gateway, the final shipping cost will be automatically displayed before you complete your purchase.

Note: Local customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

2. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

  • Spain & Portugal: 1-2 business days.
  • Spain (Balearics, Canaries, Ceuta & Melilla): 2-3 business days.
  • Europe: 5-8 business days.
  • International: 7-9 business days.

📦 BOHONITO: RETURNS & EXCHANGES

1. ITEMS EXEMPT FROM RETURNS

The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products (bespoke pieces, engravings, or unique designs). Once an order has entered manufacturing, cancellations are not accepted.

2. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS OR PERSONALIZATION ERRORS

The only exception is a manufacturing error on our part. Contact us within 48 hours at bohonito@gmail.com with photos.

3. NON-PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS

You have 14 calendar days to return the item (unused and in original packaging).

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Returns are not accepted on Outlet products or discounts > 50%.

👠 BOHONITO: SIZE EXCHANGES (SHOES)

The first size exchange is free (within the EU). Request it via email within 15 days of purchase. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.

Care Instructions

Each leather is unique and requires special care to last a lifetime:

  • Oiled Leather: Clean with a damp cloth to remove surface dirt and let it air dry. To restore its natural shine and smooth out superficial scratches, rub gently with your fingers or a soft cotton cloth using a bit of colorless leather conditioner or mink oil. Avoid soaking in water.
  • Vaquetilla (Vegetable Tanned): Hydrate it 1 or 2 times a year with natural balms or specific colorless leather cream. Avoid direct contact with water and heat sources.
  • Nappa (Smooth Leather): Wipe away dust with a dry cotton cloth. Do not use baby wipes, alcohol, or chemicals.
  • Split Suede (Velvety Finish): Always dry clean with a soft bristle brush. We recommend applying a waterproofing spray before the first use.
