📦 BOHONITO: REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

At BOHONITO, every piece is handcrafted with passion and precision in our workshop in Elda, Spain. We want you to love your leather item as much as we loved creating it. However, if something isn't right, here is how we can help.

1. RETURN PERIOD
You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
• Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• In its original packaging (including dust bags and tags).
• Free from any signs of wear, scratches, or marks.
Personalized Items: Please note that items that have been personalized (embossed initials, custom sizes, or bespoke modifications) cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.

3. HOW TO START A RETURN
To start a return, please email us at bohonito@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with the instructions and the return address.

4. SHIPPING COSTS
• Defective or Wrong Item: If the return is due to our error or a manufacturing defect, BOHONITO will cover all shipping costs.
• Change of Mind: If you wish to return the item because you changed your mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

5. REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

6. EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at bohonito@gmail.com.

7. A NOTE ON NATURAL LEATHER
Please remember that leather is a natural material. Small marks, tonal variations, or slight grain imperfections are not defects; they are the "DNA" of authentic leather and a hallmark of handcrafted work.

 

Right of Withdrawal for European Union Customers

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, customers residing in the European Union have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to notify their intention to withdraw from the contract, without providing any reason.

Once withdrawal is notified, the customer has an additional 14 days to return the product. BOHONITO will refund the full order amount within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of defective or incorrectly sent items.

This right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised or made-to-order products.
