🚚 BOHONITO: SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for choosing BOHONITO. We take great care in preparing every order from our workshop in Elda, Spain.

1. PRODUCTION & PROCESSING TIME

Because many of our items are handcrafted to order, please allow 3-5 business days for production before your order is shipped. If the item is in stock, it will be dispatched within 24-48 hours. Note: During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the destination.
        • Spain (Peninsula): 24-48h (after dispatch).
        • European Union: 5-8 business days.
        • International (USA, Canada, etc.): 7-15 business days.

3. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

4. CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES (International Orders)

For orders outside the European Union, please note that customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. BOHONITO is not responsible for delays due to customs procedures.

5. INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Please double-check your shipping address. BOHONITO is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
