Welcome to BOHONITO. By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. GENERAL CONDITIONS This website is operated by Iván Aguado Poveda. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to BOHONITO. By visiting our site or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these terms.

2. PRODUCTS AND HANDCRAFTED NATURE At BOHONITO, our products are handcrafted using authentic leather. • Uniqueness: Because we work with natural materials, each piece is unique. Slight variations in color, texture, or small natural marks are signs of authenticity. • Accuracy: We make every effort to display product colors accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display will be 100% accurate.

3. PRICING AND PAYMENTS • Prices: All prices are shown in Euros (€) and include Spanish VAT. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. • Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and deferred payment through Aplazame. • Modifications: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY We ship from our workshop in Elda, Spain. • Processing Time: Since many of our items are made to order, please allow 3-5 business days for production before shipping. • Customs: For international orders outside the EU, the customer is responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content on this site (logos, designs, photographs, and text) is the exclusive property of BOHONITO and Iván Aguado Poveda. Total or partial reproduction is strictly prohibited without written consent.

6. ERRORS AND OMISSIONS We reserve the right to correct any typographical errors or inaccuracies related to product descriptions, pricing, or availability at any time.

7. GOVERNING LAW These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Elda/Alicante.

VAT & Taxes for EU Customers

All prices displayed on our website include Spanish VAT (21%). For customers located in other European Union member states, the applicable VAT rate may vary according to the regulations of your country of residence. Any applicable tax adjustments will be reflected at checkout. BOHONITO complies with EU VAT regulations under the One Stop Shop (OSS) scheme.
