1. ABOUT MY ORDER AND CUSTOMIZATION

Can I modify or cancel a personalized order?
No. In compliance with current regulations, the right of withdrawal and return does not apply to products manufactured or personalized following the customer's instructions (bespoke pieces, engravings, or unique designs). Once the order enters the manufacturing phase, cancellations or changes are not accepted.

Is the product color exactly the same as in the photo?
We make a great effort to display colors accurately. However, due to the calibration of each screen (mobile or monitor), the actual tone may vary slightly. These natural variations are not considered manufacturing defects.

What is considered a manufacturing or customization error?
Claims will only be accepted if the product does not match the final specifications of your order:

  • Engraving: Misspelled name or text (not matching the order form).
  • Materials: Selection of a thread color, leather type, or natural stone different from the one chosen.
  • Technical defects: Structural failures in hardware or stitching before use.

Note on natural materials: Genuine leathers and natural stones may show small marks or grain patterns inherent to their nature. These are proof of exclusivity and are not considered defects.

What should I do if I receive an order with an error?
If the error is ours, contact us within 48 hours of receipt at bohonito@gmail.com, attaching photographs. We will repeat the piece at no extra cost or provide a full refund.

2. LEATHER CARE AND MAINTENANCE

Each leather is unique and requires special care to last a lifetime:

  • Vaquetilla (Vegetable Tanned): Hydrate it 1 or 2 times a year with natural balms or specific colorless leather cream. Avoid direct contact with water and heat sources.
  • Nappa (Smooth Leather): Wipe away dust with a dry cotton cloth. Do not use baby wipes, alcohol, or chemicals.
  • Suede (Velvety Finish): Always dry clean with a soft bristle brush. We recommend applying a waterproofing spray before the first use.

3. SHIPPING AND RETURNS (STANDARD PRODUCTS)

Can I return a NON-personalized product?
Yes. You have 14 calendar days to return it, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Are returns accepted on sale items?
Returns or exchanges are not accepted for products purchased in the Outlet section or with discounts greater than 50%.
