Purchase conditions
1. Introduction
BOHONITO, in compliance with Law 34/2002 of July 11 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, EU Regulation 2016/679 on Data Protection, Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16 approving the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, and other development regulations, has drafted these Purchase Conditions for the contracting process of the items offered on the website https://bohonito.com/
This document (hereinafter the "Conditions") constitutes a commercial agreement binding the User (hereinafter "Customer" or "User") and Iván Aguado Poveda (hereinafter "BOHONITO"). These Conditions establish the rights and obligations of the Customer and BOHONITO and determine IN AN EXPRESS, CLEAR, COMPREHENSIBLE, AND UNEQUIVOCAL MANNER the identity of the Website owner, the characteristics of BOHONITO items, prices, payment methods, the purchase process, warranties, returns, and any other circumstances relating to the purchase of BOHONITO items.
All BOHONITO items offered on its Website are designed, produced, and sold directly by BOHONITO with registered office at C/ Porvenir, 18, 03600 Elda (Alicante), Spain, with NIF 44763577B, owner of the registered trademark BOHONITO.
By placing an order, the Customer expressly accepts these Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy and Legal Notice found on the Website. If the Customer does not agree with them, they must not register, browse the Web, or place any order. BOHONITO may modify these Conditions at any time without prior notice; therefore, the Customer must read them before each order, as the Conditions in force at the time of the order are binding.
2. Website Registration
The user is not obliged to register as a customer but must provide the personal data necessary for shipping and, if applicable, invoicing (first and last name, address, and phone number).
Failure to respond or inaccuracy in personal data will prevent the user's registration. All personal data provided will be subject to our Privacy Policy. Before finalizing registration, whether as a registered Customer or a guest, the user must accept these purchase conditions.
3. Customer Obligations
The Customer is obliged to:
- Provide BOHONITO with true and correct personal data for order delivery.
- Pay for the BOHONITO items purchased through the Website and shipping costs, where applicable.
- Not place any fraudulent or false orders. BOHONITO reserves the right to cancel the order and/or inform the relevant authorities if there are reasonable grounds to consider it as such.
- Not carry out any activity that hinders or interferes with the operation of the Website.
4. Delivery Territory
BOHONITO items are delivered exclusively in the countries where our Website is available. Each country has its own Website with its own items, prices, and shipping costs, which may vary. The system will automatically recognize the country of access.
5. Purchase Procedure
The Customer must access the Website to purchase BOHONITO items, with access to descriptions, references, sizes, characteristics, colors, composition, photography, unit prices, and shipping costs.
To finalize the purchase, the Customer must select "CHECKOUT" in the cart and provide contact information. If you have a promotional code, it must be included at this time. To confirm the purchase, the Customer must accept the Purchase Conditions by clicking "I HAVE READ AND ACCEPT THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS" and then "FINISH ORDER". The Customer will receive an email titled "Order Confirmation". If not received, please contact bohonito@gmail.com.
6. Currency, Payment Method, and Taxes
Prices are shown in Euros or Pounds. All purchases are subject to applicable taxes. For security reasons, orders cannot exceed 2,000 Euros or 15 items within 15 business days. For larger orders, contact bohonito@gmail.com.
Payment methods accepted: Credit/Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.). Payments are made through a secure gateway (SSL) with 3D Secure protocols (Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode).
7. Shipping and Delivery
Articles are sold and delivered in countries where BOHONITO is present. Orders will be sent to the address provided by the Customer; it is important to pay attention as the address cannot be modified once the order is placed. BOHONITO is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses or damage during transport (responsibility of the carrier). Responsibility for the items passes to the Customer upon delivery.
8. Delivery Issues
If the delivery period has passed without receiving the order, the Customer must notify BOHONITO. Upon delivery, the Customer should check for discrepancies and notify bohonito@gmail.com within 48 hours if issues exist.
9. Returns and Refunds (Right of Withdrawal)
The User has 14 calendar days to exercise the right of withdrawal. After this period, returns for change of mind are not accepted.
- Exclusions: Personalized products (bespoke pieces, engravings, unique designs) and items for hygiene reasons that have been unsealed.
- Procedure: The user bears the cost of return shipping. Notify bohonito@gmail.com and send the product to C/ Porvenir, 18, 03600 Elda (Alicante), Spain.
- Refunds: Products must be in original condition. Refunds are processed within 48 hours of verification at our workshop.
- Defective Products: If defective, the User is entitled to a full refund including shipping. Contact us within 48 hours with photos.
10. Product Warranty
Products have a 3-year legal warranty (Royal Decree-Law 7/2021) from the delivery date.
Exclusions: Natural wear of leather, negligence, misuse, or lack of maintenance. Since we work with genuine leather and natural materials, marks or tone variations inherent to the skin are not considered manufacturing defects.
11. Customs and International Tax Information
Orders outside the EU (including Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla) may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival. These costs are the sole responsibility of the User. As the "official importer," the User must comply with all local laws and regulations.
12. Liability and Disclaimer
BOHONITO's liability is limited to the purchase price of the products. We are not responsible for misuse of website content, technical failures, external links, acts of third parties, or force majeure events.
13. Personal Data
In accordance with GDPR (EU 2016/679), data provided will be treated as described in our Privacy Policy. Users may exercise rights of access, rectification, deletion, etc., by emailing bohonito@gmail.com.
14. Partial Nullity and Waiver
If any clause is declared null, the rest remains in effect. Failure by BOHONITO to require strict compliance at any time does not waive our right to do so in the future.
15. Written Notifications
By using this Website, the User accepts that most communication will be electronic. Notifications are considered received 24 hours after an email is sent or 3 business days after a letter is posted.

17. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

18. Price and Stock Errors
In case of a manifest typographical or computer error in the price (derisory or disproportionate prices), BOHONITO reserves the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund.
